Where Is Hope Hicks Now? New Details About Her Life After The White House — And If She's Still Dating Alleged Wife Abuser Rob Porter
The secret couple was most recently spotted together in Central Park.
Since her departure from President Donald Trump in March, former White House Communications Director Hope Hicks has been majorly flying under the radar.
Earlier this month, Page Six reported that after spending some time with family, Hicks, 29, was back in New York looking for a job. While there were rumors that she might be replacing Gen. John Kelly as Trump's chief of staff, an unnamed source said she has no plans to return to the White House.
“Hope is very loyal to Trump and remains friendly with Ivanka, but it doesn’t look like she’s going back to the White House,” the source said. "Internally, people want her back less. She’s now thinking about her next steps."
While there haven't been any reports that the former model has found her next gig yet, it does seem like her romance with disgraced senior aide Rob Porter, 40, is still alive and well.
Daily Mail photographed Porter and Hicks at Central Park this past week. While she was out jogging, Porter was walking "aimlessly" through the park, and they "appeared to be coordinating brief interactions over text messages and phone calls."
At another point during her run, Hicks paused to stretch while Porter walked past her. They kept texting on their phones before running in opposite directions. They were only seen walking together for a few brief seconds before they both returned to Hicks' apartment.
The couple was first rumored to be dating back in February after they were seen kissing in a cab after a night out with friends at a Mexican restaurant in downtown D.C. Porter had been living with his girlfriend Samantha Dravis prior, but the two broke up around Thanksgiving after she found suggestive messages between him and Hicks.
Soon after their relationship was uncovered, two of Porter's ex-wives accused him of physical abuse, leading to his resignation from the Trump administration.
Colbie Holderness released a photo of herself with a black eye and claimed that during their marriage, Porter choked and punched her. She also said he subjected her to verbal and emotional abuse.
Jennifer Willoughby alleged that during their honeymoon, Porter dragged her out of the shower and called her a "f--king b-tch." She filed a protective order against him in 2010.
While the White House publicly declared its support for Porter, hours after the allegations surfaced, he resigned but still maintained his innocence.
"These outrageous allegations are simply false,' he said in a statement. "I took the photos given to the media nearly 15 years ago, and the reality behind them is nowhere close to what is being described."
When learning of his secret relationship with Hicks, Willoughby said in an interview: "I’ll be frank with you, if he hasn’t already been abusive to Hope, he will."
Neither Hicks nor Porter has commented on their relationship.
