Enjoy this simple smoothie daily for a boost of greens, and tons of delicious flavor. The perfect way to start anyday!

Serves 1.

  • 2 cups kale (or frozen spinach)
  • 1/2 avocado (or very ripe banana)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint (or 1/2 apple)
  • 2 limes, peels removed
  • 1 cup water
  • 3-6 drops stevia

OPTIONAL BOOSTS: maca, superfood greens, protein powder, or almond butter

In an industrial-strength blender (like a Vitamix or Blendec), combine kale, avocado, mint, limes, water, and stevia. Blend together and enjoy.
