How Can I Learn To Love My Body Again?

Do you dread shopping for new clothes? When you look in the mirror, do you see yourself as "fat" and "ugly" in anything you try on? Are you worried that you'll never come to terms with your body? Even though we know that we should love ourselves no matter or size, shape or color, it can be hard to remember that in the heat of the moment. That's why these tips from a personal development coach are just what the doctor ordered!

Hearing personal development coach Bonnie Gayle share her own personal story gave us so many feels. When she used to be heavier, she recalls hating the way she looked and how shopping for her size was "a nightmare." She points out that "One of the things you have to do is you really have to learn to love yourself". When you're feeling low, this can sometimes be really hard to do. One of the reasons why you have to learn to love yourself first is because it's the only way you'll feel comfortable with your so-called 'imperfections'. She also recommends using a body butter that will help you accept your 'physical flaws' (that are just masterpieces in disguise!). At the end of the day, you have to rememer that you are beautiful in every single way!
