In this video, relationship coach and YourTango Expert Larry Michel says that people often rush into new relationships without dealing with the emotional baggage of their old ones. "More times than not, I find that people get into new relationships when they really aren't finished with their last one," he says. "And oftentimes, they'll get into new relationships because they're looking for a way to heal; they're looking for that support; they're looking for someone new to love them." He says that there are a few ways to tell whether your significant other may not be over an old lover.
