Are you a little uncomfortable being naked? Does your significant other want to do it with the lights on? If so, you're in luck.

In this sex video, YourTango Expert Bonnie Gayle explains it's normal to feel a little shy when you're all exposed and nude. However, there are some things you can do to get comfy. "The tip that I suggest to people," says Bonnie, "is for them to literally light up some candles, and place them all over your room. The glow of the candlelight makes you look and feel so special and amazing, and you are going to just feel romantic and so is your partner."

Hi, I’m Bonnie Gayle with Ask an Expert answering your body image questions.  Dear Bonnie, my boyfriend wants me to have sex when the lights are on and I feel so uncomfortable.  Is this normal?  What’s wrong with me?

I’m so glad you asked that question and I’m here to tell you that you are not alone in that.  In fact, especially women as they age or get older like menopausal years, the lights can become very harsh and they really are not comfortable and they don’t make you look good.  Or feel good.  And of course when you’re making love or having intimacy with your partner you want to feel your best.  So the tip that I suggest to people is for them to literally light up some candles and place them all over your room.  The glow of the candlelight makes you feel so special and amazing and you are going to just  feel romantic and so is your partner.  So it just adds to the experience.  So don’t forget your candlelight, girls.  Thank you.
