Jon & Kate Plus 8 And New Mates?
Jon and Kate may be seen dating on TV, says TLC president.
We've been writing about Jon and Kate Gosselin longer than we'd like to think about. However, one thing that never occurred to us was how easily Jon and Kate could divert horribly into a bad Dr. Suess book. Possible lines include:
Jon and Kate can't find a mate.
Oh no! Jon and Kate might be late.
Will Jon and Kate take the bait?
Jon and Kate will let it up to fate.
You get the picture. However, we'd like to thank Us Weekly for helping use with those rhymes after dropping the bombshell: Jon and Kate will date on John & Kate Plus 8.
Yes awe-struck readers, according to TLC president Eileen O'Neill, when Jon & Kate Plus 8 returns this Monday, we're going to see a whole new side to the family. The show will now chronicle the lives of the Gosselins as they try to make it as single parents. Fun situations will include Kate trying to erect a tent in the back yard and Jon trying to cook pizza for the kids. How many pizzas would you need to feed eight kids anyhow?
Beyond the child-rearing storyline, the duo will also be trying to find new companionship and the show will (expectedly) go into that as well. And if anyone really cares, the "iconic" (O'Neill's word not ours) couch will be replaced by two chairs from which the couple will be interviewed. However, not all of the parents' relationships may be seen on screen. O'Neill pointed out that:
As far as new people and places that may be cycling into Jon and Kate's life, we are taking it on a case-by-case basis. ... It's important to remember that our cameras are only there for moments in time, and those moments have limits.
O'Neill promised "sensitive" coverage of this trying time in the family's life and we certainly hope that prevails. However, are we the only ones who wonder if, after all the headlines of how Jon and Kate have been dating have been read, the show is going to lose it's appeal?

IF YOU DO NOT APPOVE AND CARE ABOUT KIDS, DON"T WATCH THE SHOW! IT WILL BE INTERESTING TO SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE GET OFF ON THIS AND PROMOTE THIS LIFESTYLE TO THEIR CHILDREN. DIVORCE IS A TRAGEDY AND IS NOT SOMETHING SOMEONE WOULD REFER TO AS "EXCITING". YHA T IS EXACTLY WHAT JON CALLED IT ON TV IN HIS LAST EPISODE WHEN HE TOLD US HE WAS DIVORCING KATE. FOR THOSE WHO WERE COMMITTED TO RELATIONSHIP, THERE IS NOTHING EXCITING ABOUT IT. THERE IS A LOT OF PAIN AND LIFELONG AFFECTS THAT CANNOT BE ERASED. JON IS REALLY PATHETIC AND I DO NOT WANT MY KIDS TO THINK THAT THIS IS REALITY AND ACCEPT THE WORLDS BELIEVE THAT DIVORCE IS OKAY WHENEVER YOU GET TIRED OF YOUR COMMITTMENT. THAT IS WHY THERE IS SO MUCH DIVORCE IN AMERICA. WHY DO WE WANT TO PROMOTE IT FURTHER?
Well folks, we finally have it, it is now official. Jon Gosselin has publicly announced that he wants us (that would be you and me) to pay for his extravagant lifestyle and support his kids. He wants us to do this by viewing a show he is planning with Michael Lohan (another divorced dad loser) called, “The Divorce Dad’s Club”. Yes, I’m serious! The bum thinks he can have 8 kids, fail at everything he does to include holding down real jobs, marriage and fathering, and expect us to foot the bill for him to have a lavish lifestyle and support his kids, not that the kids would really get any of the money or there would be any left after he selfishly blows it all on himself, women and friends he has to buy. He needs lot of money to keep him in the lifestyle he has grown accustom to at the expense of his wife and kids. That includes buying expensive sports cars, paying for friend’s trips, buying lots of women extravagant gifts, giving friends money to gamble away at Las Vegas on a trip with him, buying rings for 180,000 dollars, one pair of shoes for 1,000 and the list goes on… He also wants us to buy children’s clothing to boost his lifestyle ever further all without having to work so he has plenty of time to spend the money. This loser keeps stooping lower and lower every time we think he gets as low as one can get. When they say scumbag, I think that is being nice. We need to give Jon a reality check along with the networks and sponsors who are using us to give him a free ride.
First, Kate is not moving to MD. Get your facts correct before you report speculation or rumors.
Jon obviously has no conscience or scruples about himself or what he is teaching his children. Furthermore, a divorce dad’s show would be a mockery to the sanctity of marriage and rewarding dad’s for breaking up homes and harming children. Telling parents it is okay to give up on a life commitment when things get good. John did not even try in his marriage and he did not have biblical grounds for a divorce, Kate does, but he does not. But then it is obvious that Jon has no interest in asking God to guide his life and role as a dad and has no interest in trying to salvage his marriage. He is just a parasite leeching off society and using his kids to live the good life while ruining his kid’s. Go away Jon, get a real job and don’t expect us or your kids to foot the bill. Afterall, divorce dads means you are still using kids cuz without them, you would not be a dad, divorced or not!
