About Moreah Vestan
I believe life has greater meaning when we experience not only fulfillment, but more peace and harmony!
Nonviolent (Compassionate) Communication (NVC) has been an active coaching tool and has shaped my life since 1998. It gives me more hope for turning conflict into collaboration and sadness to comfort than anything else I know. I've coached many people and offered dozens of workshops on dealing with difficult conversations. I love to explore with people how to connect with their own and other people's feelings and needs so all of us can learn how to be and do and have what makes our lives most meaningful.
I am a Life Coach, a Communication Trainer and Author. I have an M.A. in Adult Education, and was a relationship columnist 16 years for Seattle's Active Singles Life. I was on the board of the Puget Sound Coaching Association for three years. As a Personal and Professional Coach since 1998, I bring to my practice the skills and awareness I have learned in NVC, Voice Dialogue, co-counseling, and Enneagrams.
I am dedicated to each of us "fully expressing all of who we are." Four values guide my life: connection, contribution, discovery and freedom. What are yours?
