Male Multiple Orgasm: Fact or Fiction?
Can men really experience multiple orgasms?

Multiple orgasms are not the domain of women alone! Contrary to popular belief, men can also learn how to experience multiple orgasms. Arousal, Erection, Orgasm and Ejaculation are often considered to be a package deal for men: you can't have one without all the rest. To enjoy more sexual pleasure and erotic freedom, it is essential to dismantle this myth and understand these events to be complementary experiences that may come in any combination.

It is much more common for women to experience multiple orgasms. But all men can learn how to experience male multiple orgasms. It just takes a lot of practice (thankfully, a very pleasurable process!) The benefits go beyond more orgasmic pleasure for the man. Through the process of gaining control over their arousal, men will learn to stay hard longer so they can last longer in bed and keep up with their lover’s appetite for pleasure.

The key to experiencing male multiple orgasms is ejaculation control. Most men have been ejaculating when they have an orgasm for most of their life. Our culture tells men that this is a package deal. Orgasm and ejaculation are two distinct processes in the body, and with practice you can learn to gain control over your ejaculation, so you can choose if and when you ejaculate. Ejaculation, not orgasm, is what requires the refractory period before erection and arousal can continue. Therefore, if you can prevent ejaculation, you can enjoy orgasmic peaks and go right back into stimulation without pause. This means that you can stay erect longer, have longer sessions of lovemaking with your partner, and ultimately explore the possibility of male multiple orgasms.

Learning ejaculation control techniques can take some men a few months, while other men take much longer to fully gain control over the ejaculation response. The process of learning ejaculation control, however, can have immediate benefits for a man’s sex life. In the process, men learn how to pay attention to the nuances of their arousal, often discovering that they can experience way more sensation and stronger orgasms simply by paying closer attention. The exercises required for ejaculation control strengthen the male sexual system and many men find that they experience stronger erections within a few weeks of developing their pelvic strength. Many couples find that the exploration itself is an erotic adventure, an excuse to have fun and get out of their sexual ruts. Choosing to develop new sexual skills together can bring couples closer and develop trust and communication skills.
