It was such a popular topic that the first course filled up in 30 minutes and I had to offer another — which was full in one hour! Clearly there are many of you folks out there who want to understand what's missing in your efforts towards feeling good about yourself and truly enjoying how you look and how you relate to food.

I used to be a binge eater, chronic dieter, and exercise bulimic. In other words, I'd white knuckle my food intake throughout the day, binge when I got home and then freak out and do my best to exercise away the calories I'd just consumed with long stints of rigorous exercise throughout the week. After a while I gave up on the exercise. I think I gained 30 pounds in about 2 months as a result. I was not a happy camper on the inside.

Pretty much every day for a few years this was my cycle: waking up feeling disgusted and anxious in myself, trying to find something to wear that I felt OK in, keeping it together  just barely  through the day while at work, and then eating from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I went to bed, promising myself tomorrow would somehow, miraculously be different.

This video will help you understand what was going sideways in my life and in my head and most importantly, what is very likely, almost certainly in fact, undermining you in your efforts to feelt truly confident in yourself and to find a happy, peaceful, sexy balance with food and with your weight.
