My name is Shay Williams and I am also known as "Shay Your Date Diva."  I am a Certified dating & relationship coach and Matchmaker, as well as a Certified NLP Practitioner who is passionate about helping to empower people of all ages to not settle for less than the love experience they deserve.  I graduated from Florida State University pre-medicine biology with a goal to become a surgeon but entered pharmaceutical sales instead. I started my journey of becoming an "expert" after my divorce when after a year of no dates I was told that there was something wrong with me because I was sending out the invisible signal that I was unavailable to men.  This hurt my feelings enough for me to tweak this signal a bit and soon enough, I entered a relationship in which I got played.  This happened a couple more times before I realized that there was something that I didn’t know that I needed to learn in order to "master" this thing called love.  Using my scientific mindset of discovery, I did an experiment on myself in which I went out on over a 100 dates with over 100 men in 9 months, interviewed 3500 men, women and couples and read over 60 relationship and human behavior books. 

I discovered a lot of information that helped me to discover the art of dating and the mindset of a man that leads to attraction or being turned off by a woman and I learned it so well that I was able to capture the heart of any man in less than 30 days!  I used this powerful information to help thousands of other women from all around the world do the same through my books:     “Mommy D.I.V.A Don’t Get Played!” and “D.I.V.A Don’t Get Played!” TV and radio appearances and most effectively, my Youtube channel which has experienced over 2 million hits!

Although I knew a lot about the mechanics of attraction and the psychology of men, I didn’t really learn or understand love until I went on my internal journey of discovering who I was and what love really is.  I discovered love on a heart level that can only be accessed once you reach the end of understanding and you make the walk of faith to discover something more.  

I have been honored with kind words and testimonies from clients and followers from all around the world who have seen my videos, read my articles and books or have been personally coached or matched by me however, with all of this recognition, I can not take credit for my intuitive ability to help people on a deeper level because what I do know with out a shadow of a doubt is that my gift is not of me but of God.  It is with this gift that I dedicate my life purpose to helping you attract a love you were created to have and deserve to experience!
