My name is Cameron and I am the head matchmaker/dating coach at Insti(Gay)tor. I specialize in helping GLBT singles find loving relationships that work for them.

Lets face it, finding love can be hard. Many of us work hectic schedules, have grown tired of the bar scene or simply just may not be up-to-date on our methods of flirtation.

I have been coaching for about 10 years now, with a 3 year concentration on gay dating and relationships. I find that as I continue to focus on building my abilities as a coach, I am constantly developing new ways to put my talents to work for singles in the gay community.

My clients often refer to me as a “Mr. Fix It” and often compliment my ability to see the big picture. I am all about strategy so once we isolate the issue, I work with my clients one-on-one to develop a results oriented game plan and from there… It’s time for action and accountability!

You see.. My goal is to help you find the man or woman of your dreams by eliminating the frustration that comes with the dating process and giving you the resources you need to improve your love life.

Through my exclusive matchmaking and coaching packages, speaking engagements, online media and over one thousand subscribers, I have instigated over 50 dates. Over a 1 year period, 32 of those first dates resulted in a 2nd meeting. Eleven of those members are now in relationships based on introductions received through Insti(Gay)tor… and to be honest, I’m just warming up!

As convenient as it would be, love doesn’t come in box. It doesn’t come perfectly packaged with a ribbon on top. It does take effort and if what you are doing is not working, why not step outside that box and try something different?

Change can be a scary thing, especially when it comes to dating, but it definitely helps to have someone to guide you through it and get you to where you want to be.

The Reason I Became A Helping Professional

Nobody really teaches men, gay and straight alike, how to date and really make the most of it. Basically, we learn by trial and error and by the time you get into your groove, you find that you may have missed out on a lot of great guys.

I had always toyed with the idea of becoming a matchmaker. Hell, I had already done the legwork on a personal level,  but I wanted to do more than just be your typical wingman. I wanted to do something that could help guys like me who been in crappy relationships, ended them and wanted to move forward without compromising their needs or self-worth. I thought about it and decided to combine my passion for coaching, my interest in matchmaking and my need to be social to create Insti(Gay)tor, The Exclusive Gay Matchmaking Agency.
