Love is......

Love is......
Family, Love

Gretchen Hydo, Professional Certified Life and Business Coach, gives key phrases to define love.

I’ve been married for nearly 18-years and I have learned a few things about love. Here are some of my favorite love lessons.

Love is or isn’t. There is no in between.

Love is powerful. Love is magnetic.

Love can heal. Love can hurt.

Love in its absence can create immense fear that can cause bad behavior.

Love is a teacher who allows room for emotions to be expressed like pain, anger, grief, frustration, fear, insecurity, and ego.

Love strengthens. Love bonds.

Love is a commitment.

Love is light. Love is laughter. Love is fun.

Love is touch. Love is caring. Love is giving. Love is kind.

Love is comfort. Love is security. Love is safe.

Love is allowing yourself to be known at your deepest level and knowing someone else at theirs.

Love is self-sacrificing. Love is accepting.

Love has no ego and no agenda.

Love is, without condition.

Love is faithful and uplifting.

Love is merciful and forgiving.

Love cannot be controlled or tamed.

Love is friendship, partnership, and intimacy.

Love is action. Love says yes.
Love is a choice.

Love is for everyone.

If you want to take your love to the next level, contact me for a complimentary 30-minute love session.

No matter your relationship status, tell someone that you love them today. Love isn’t reserved for couples only. It’s thankfully so much bigger than that.

Happy Love Day.
