Teaching skills to be content and peaceful most days is the focus of my practice. I work with individuals and couples to assist in managing mood symptoms, teaching relationship skills and overcoming addictive behaviors. I use an effective mind, body and spirit approach that teaches self love and forgiveness. If we change the way we think and challenge our belief system, we will change the way we feel and perceive. Fear, worry, anxiety, hopelessness, discouragement, anger, sadness and other negative feelings can be processed, worked through and let go as they steal every moment of joy in our lives. If we are joyful and peaceful we are powerful. When we are powerful we can achieve all of our goals and dreams!
