About Blair Glaser
I am so glad you found me here.
If you are looking for love or looking to make love stay, I can help.
You've probably spent a lot of time focused on what doesn't work, but I am interested in helping you answer this question: What does "work" about you?
My name is Blair Glaser I am a psychotherapist, consultant and leadership mentor who creates thriving teams and fixes broken ones: within yourself, your relationships or at your office. I delight in teaching people how to blend leadership and intimacy for an ecstatic experience of love and work.
I have worked with couples and individuals from all walks of life, as well as executives, managers and teams at Miller Howard Investments, JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, and Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York. I have been in private practice for 15 years, and run groups and workshops since 1998.
Before I worked with men and couples, I was renown for working with women. I developed and facilitated The Vagina Monologues Workshop, a creative approach to sexual empowerment for women, which I taught in New York City, Santa Fe, Los Angeles and at Omega Retreat Centers in New York and in Austin, TX. I also worked for six years as part of the core staff of Eve Ensler's V-Day, a movement to stop violence against women and girls, and was recruited by actor-activist Jane Fonda to facilitate a workshop for a group of teenage girls. As a result of teaching empowerment skills to women, I began writing my column, Inner Actions on Feminist.com and from their my blog.
Now I am interested in helping men, women and organizations end the frustration with their romantic and vocational lives. You may not have considered that some of the ways that you excel at work could actually be transferred successfully to your relationships and communication skills, and vice versa. You may not have thought that your innate strengths will serve you in both arenas if you can name, own and transfer them.
Romance doesn't have to be so mystifying and complicated. You can be successful at work AND love. You deserve a life that brings you deep satisfaction.
