Who Is Lynn Pleasant? New Details About The Porn Star Arrested In Murder For Hire Plot
Adult film actress Lynn Pleasant arrested for attempting to hire a hitman.
An adult film and webcam performer has been arrested for trying to hire a hitman to kill and unnamed victim. She was ultimately unsuccessful and the potential victim was unharmed but Katrina Danforth, who uses the stage name Lynn Pleasant, has been detained on charges of using the telephone and mail in a murder for hire scheme.
Danforth was detained in Spokane, WA after being indicted in aa federal court in Idaho on charges of“using interstate commerce in the commission of murder for hire.”

1. The victim
Court documents don’t identify the victim by name and refer to the person only as “R.H.”. There’s no other identifying information revealed except that the intended victim lives in Idaho.
2. The plot
The documents say that Danforth made four separate phone calls and send one item through the mail in pursuit of hiring someone to kill this R.H. individual. This all occurred between October 20 and November 10 of this year. If convicted, each charge carries a fine of $250,000 and up to 10 years on prison.

Danforth says she did not have the money to hire an attorney, which raised the question of how she was going to pay a hitman.
4. Social media
According to her Twitter bio, Danforth was the 2015 WINNER of Best Part Time Amateur Model at the Adult Webcam Awards. The bio provides a link to a Facebook account that has been shut down. Her Instagram account merely says that she is form North Dakota.
5. Actress
Danforth’s IMDB page, where she is listed as Lynn Pleasant, says that she was born in 1987. She is credited with 8 films made between 2005 and 2010, including such titles as Don’t Tell My Brother I Fucked His Friends and a series called Hot Bush. Her social media posts from 2018 indicate that she does webcam work as well as phone sex.
6. Personal life
On a fan site, Danforth explained that she took a break from making adult films to get married and have a baby. She has since divorced her husband on the grounds that he was a “jerk”. She mentioned getting married again in 2011 and said she returned to performing to pay for the wedding.
7. Admit nothing
Regarding the murder for hire charges, Danforth claims she didn’t know why she was being arrested. She told a TV station that she was returning from a trip to Hawaii and was detained by US Marshalls, saying “I don’t really know, precisely… Really early in the morning, I was mainly just tired from my flight, then shocked, but I didn’t want to freak out.” She then said she didn’t know what would happen next, saying “I would just say more, stand-by, and see what happens, not see what happens cause that sounds terrible… but not necessarily follow along with me, but follow along with me and see how it goes.”
