Meet The Youngest-Looking Mom In The Entire World

Her son is often mistaken for her boyfriend.

I don’t know whether to be jealous of this mom or use her as a complete and total inspiration. I’m going to go with both.

A mother of one son in his twenties, Liu Yelin doesn’t look much older than 17. She was once a librarian but has since retired and looks almost the same age as she did when she had her very first job. She truly is the youngest looking woman in the world.

Her body is super toned, her skin has a healthy glow, and you couldn’t find a wrinkle on her even if you had a magnifying glass.

The woman kind of defies the laws of nature and photos of her have gone viral, shocking millions of people across the interweb. She looks like a teenager, but Yelin is actually nearly 50!

Her secret? Working out and staying active.

OK, she probably has some really amazing genes too, but Yelin says that she hardly ever wears cosmetics and instead just works out and stays active. This gives me hope that if I just go to the gym a little more often, I can look this amazing too.

"People are often shocked to find out I'm almost 50," Yelin says. "Whenever I went shopping and told people my real age, I often got mobbed by strangers who wanted to find out my secrets. I feel like I'm still 15," she added.

I guess it’s a good thing to look 15 when you're almost 50 but I hope she doesn’t really FEEL like it. I mean, I know that my mentality at 15 wouldn’t have been great for raising a child.

She says that she loves the outdoors, especially swimming, and has kept up with a strict exercise regime for about three decades.

She also says that her ageless appearance has caused her some problems, like people thinking that her young son is actually her boyfriend. I guess it doesn’t help that they take creepy photos together holding hands.

Her 22-year-old son, who works for a film company, was once mistaken as her wedding date by friends and acquaintances. She can’t be too bothered by the attention she gets, though, because she posts pictures of herself in sexy bikinis all over the internet.

Actually, one of her fans wrote an article about her, which is what propelled her into fame.

"I swim in the lake and do weight training every day," she said. 'My favorite thing is swimming outdoors in winter. When everyone was wearing down jackets, I had to strip down to my bikini and dive into freezing water. It's a test for my will and perseverance. I often had to force myself to do it."

She uploads photos of herself every day on social media which has won her around 75,000 fans as well as phone calls from TV producers who want to get her on their shows.

Her good looks and killer body aren’t the only reasons why she works out. She believes that her training has helped build her character and her will. Some of her accomplishments include swimming across the Han River in South Korea and the Yangtse River in China. She even swam from China to the Strait of Malacca. Pretty impressive.

"It's probably the hardest thing I have done in my life so far. I was used to swimming in rivers and lakes, but I had never swum in the sea. I struggled because my goggles were leaking and my tongue hurt so much from touching seawater. I felt as if there were dozens of cuts on my tongue, and when the salty seawater flowed into my mouth, it was unbearably painful."

Despite the hardships, Liu crossed this channel after four straight hours of swimming in the choppy waters. Damn. Life goals.

Her next goal is to travel around the world.

"I'm a spontaneous person, so I might pack up my bag and travel to Europe on a whim. I want to stay this beautiful when I'm 80 years old. I share my stories because I want to encourage more women to keep up exercising for a more beautiful and confident self."
