And The NY Mets Team Tweeted A Pic Of A HUGE DILDO In Their Locker Room Photo

T.J. Rivera wearing 'player of the game' crown
Buzz

Well, that's a big BIG mistake.

Maintaining your social media account is crucial to most all brands these days.

It's a way for fans to feel like they're apart of some of stars' more personal moments. Therefore, it was expected when the Mets tweeted (from their official account) a photograph of player T.J. Rivera wearing the team's "Player of the Game" crown.

It's safe to say that what we weren't expected was to find a big black Mandingo dildo in the background, but I have to say that it made for a fun midday game of 'Where's Waldo.'

However fun it may have been for the media and fans, I'm sure the Mets were mortified when they caught wind of the big silicon dick pic they just forced onto the world (typical men, hmph). No, I'm actually positive of their embarrassment, as the team quickly deleted the picture and tried to repost a cropped version before deleting that, too.

Instead, they went with video footage of Rivera in the locker room.

The real laugh, though, was them thinking that they were going to delete the picture and the PR nightmare would go away.

No way guys! Not how the internet works.

This is why unsolicited dick pics are a big no-no — what goes out onto the interwebz may never come back — and like a giggly college girl at wine night with her girlfriends, America was quick to screenshot and share the dildo pic with all of their friends.

While it's all dicks and giggles for us, we're sure that this isn't really the worst thing to happen in the world. Has your giant dick dildo peaked our curiosity?

And even left us wondering: WTF? Hell yes. But, ask Chris Brown's PR crew, because I assure you it could always be so much worse than this hilarious but genuine accident.

So for the good laugh, we crown the Mets (as a whole) with "Player of the Game."

You're the real MVPs.
