"A high-energy, "can do" coach . . . a champion for me."

By

"My favorite thing about being coached by Liza is that she is such a champion for me and my ideas. She makes me feel that what I want to do, can be done and I am the perfect person to do it.  She's a no-nonsense coach who uses every second of time with richness.  She starts with asking what I want and why that is important to me, and then gets right to work on directing me to make an action plan right in the session with her.  She gives feedback and resources. She helps me brainstorm widely and then in detail. She then guides me to take those ideas and prioritize them into actionable steps.  She challenges me to be brave and take the small first steps.  She helps me to be accountable to myself by reporting my progress back to her by email.  Liza is a high energy, "can-do" coach.  Anyone would be enriched by having her on her side as her coach and ally!" -- M.P.

Why The World Cup Isn't All Fun And Games

My business partner and I were sitting outside at a restaurant the other day, chatting about work. A crowd was gathering around the TV at the bar because it was in the final minutes of the U.S vs. Belgium game. The place next door had a large crowd gathered around their bar as well, and the people were spilling onto the sidewalk. As a huge cheer went up from ... Read more

4 Undeniable Signs Of Abuse

Recently, Brittny Gastineau hit the news because she showed up in public with a black eye and a gash on her cheek following an argument with Marquis Lewis in a West Hollywood hotel room.
