Bradley Cooper Denies Dating Co-Star Jennifer Lawrence

Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence are actually 16 years apart in age!

The 'Silver Linings Playbook' stars are sadly not hooking up off-screen.

Way to crush our dreams, Bradley Cooper. Way to go.

The 38-year-old actor recently shot down rumors that he's dating his Silver Linings Playbook co-star Jennifer Lawrence, effectively disappointing every moviegoer who was not-so-secretly hoping they'd hook up off-screen too.

"No, no, no, no, no. Not even close," he told Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet at the Golden Globes this past weekend. "First of all, I could be her father. No, I'm kidding. But no, not even close."

We get it, they are 16 years apart. (Crazy, right?) But the duo were spotted flirting up a storm at the Golden Globes. Sadly, he just twisted the knife a little more by insiting they're just friends. "We've done two movies together," he said. "If it didn't happen by now, it's not going to happen."

Cooper was most recently linked to his co-star from The Words Zoe Saldana (which J-Law also starred in), but they reportedly broke up after about a year together. So basically, we're still holding out hope for a Brad/Jen romance. Hey, it's happened before! (Hah. Get it?)
