no no no, don't do it! my husband and i thought twitter was harmless fun.... six months later and many tweet-ups later, my husband has left me for a woman he met on twitter. twitter may seem like harmless fun, and it may be for many people, but if your spouse has a wandering eye like mine did, it might lead to fast divorce.
