He doesn't want sex anymore

We've been married for a while. Have 2 kids and I am in pretty good shape. I need to lose 15 lbs, but who doesn't. But it seems like my husband never wants sex any more. I've tried dressing up, making his favorite food, slipping naughty notes in his lunch. Nothing.
When we talk about it, he gets so defensive. HELP!
