I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist specializing in couples counseling, relationship issues, communication, pre-marital counseling and helping individuals and couples find personal fulfillment. II work with a variety of marriage and family issues such as infidelity, communication problems, parenting, family concerns, intercultural couples, and step-family issues. I believe it is essential to take personal responsibility regardless of the issue. Because of this, I strive to help individuals, couples and families use their strengths to get out of "victim mode" and change their life! We all have the answers inside us to find happiness, success and well being. Sometimes we just need a little guidance getting there. I would be honored to share that journey with you. I attended Colorado College and earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology. I earned a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology/Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of Colorado at Denver and has several hours of post graduate training in work with couple and family issues.

The Reason I Became A Helping Professional

I suppose the simplest answer is that I like being with people. I feel so privileged to share in people's private and often painful struggles to make their relationships and lives work. I love the healing process and seeing people grow and thrive. My passion is working with couples and creating more love in the world.
