If you're overweight and online dating, you have two options.

Would you love to find the love of your life online? Are you uncomfortable in your own skin? Do you tell yourself that body type doesn't matter because you'll make a man fall in love with your personality online, and by the time you meet in person, the fact that you're overweight won't matter to him? If so, here's the straight truth: If you are overweight and online dating, then you have two options:

1. You can post current, honest photos of yourself online. That means full-length, undistorted pictures of yourself. This way, everyone looking can see how you really look, just the way you are. No holding the camera above your head to make it look like you're thinner than you are.

Choosing this option gives the viewer the ability to decide for himself whether he likes what he sees.

2. You can wait to use online dating sites until you lose weight and become happy with how you look. Yes, that's it. Simple! When you feel good in your own skin, you'll have no problem posting full-length photos of your fit, happy self rather than headshots only or carefully crafted images designed to make you look thinner than you really are.

Now, I'm not trying to be harsh. It simply comes down to this:

If you are happy with your body, with being overweight, then great! If this is your truth, then you should have zero challenge posting current, full length photos of yourself. However, if you are not happy with how you look, then why not do something about it right now! Keep reading ...
