If you are like me, you probably keep a pretty tight schedule. Work, family, friends and dealing with life’s little crises can occupy a lot of your time. Before you know it, you realize that there’s something missing… Your love life has been pushed to the backburner and has pretty much become non-existent.
It’s so easy to get distracted because let’s face it, timing is everything and dating itself can be exhausting. Finding guys to date, scheduling, getting to know someone and going back to the drawing board if your prospects don’t work out. Now this is the point where we have to get real. Anyone who tells you that they are too busy to date is probably using that as an excuse because:
A) They just don’t want to date right now and want to avoid the infamous “You need a man” conversation some people feel compelled start.
B) Have been hurt before in the past and are afraid to get back in the game.
C) Are truly busy and just don’t know how to incorporate dating into their schedule
Listen, we are all human and one of the greatest gifts that we have is the ability to make choices. The truth is we have the power to make the time for things that we think are important. It may force you to get a little creative with your schedule but there are always ways to incorporate dating into your life.
