The Reason I Became A Helping Professional
Isn’t it interesting being both an Indian AND an American? We’re told don't
date, don't date, don't date...and then OK, now get married! Sound familiar?
I didn’t date. Instead I focused on my career and everything else except dating,
So in my late 20s I found myself single. With no interest in an arranged marriage
and no clear path to that "special friend", how was I to find someone with
whom I could share my life?
I know what you’re feeling because I’ve been through it. There are so many
Indian-Americans who are smart, savvy and successful… yet are still searching for
their significant other.
Life is a series of choices I call intersections. Intersections in education, career,
sports and friendships… the list goes on. That’s why, when I launched my unique
service on April 16th, 2007, I decided to name it Intersections Match.
Intersections are magical. They change your life, and I look forward to helping
you find your own special someone waiting for you at your next intersection!
