I am passionate about helping people to stand in their truth and get into alignment with their true selves so they can experience and share their own personal power.    

The work I do incorporates knowledge of the physical body, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual parts of lives.  It all matters in healing and it is all considered when working on the relationship with ourselves and others.

More specifically, I teach clients how to be their own guide or their own therapist. They learn how to read and interpret the messages of their subconscious mind and they learn tools to redirect and create the change for themselves.  I serve as a guide by offering them the appropriate tools.  Using the same powers of the subconscious mind to heal, I facilitate the clients creation of what they do want. My academic background includes a Ph. D. in Human Sexuality and Masters in Public Health from The Institute For The Advanced Sudy in Human Sexuality.  I earned an M.A. in Speech Communication from San Francisco State University and Study of Human Sexuality.  I am also certified as a Clinical Sexologist by the American College of Sexologists and certified by American Council of Hypnotist Examiners as a Hypnotherapist.

The Reason I Became A Helping Professional

It's probaby more accurate to say that the helping profession found me.  Everything I've ever studied began as an effort to address my own issues and concerns.   Before I developed my own self healing methods, I opened myself up to countless psychologists, therapists, counselors, and groups, but never really addressed or "healed" anything.  

This journey helped me to discovered the power within to do my own self healing and from that, my own power to create what I desire.
