I have spent almost two decades working to help people through the most difficult periods of their lives.

With graduate-level training from Harvard University and Boston College, I use personal, professional and clinical skills to create a safe and relaxed therapy environment for my clients.

My goal is to make my clients feel secure and at ease in therapy. I make it a priority to demystify the psychotherapy experience. I offer an honest and open approach to insight and healing. My clients describe me as down-to-earth and easy to talk to. However, they know I will challenge them to look beyond their emotional comfort zones to find meaning and satisfaction in their lives.

In addition, my clients know they can trust my clinical judgment. They value my honest assessments about their issues and experiences.

Borrowing from several therapeutic protocols, I tailor my approach to the individual depending on his or her needs. I work interactively with my clients to help hone and define their issues and the emotions attached to them. Achieving clarity and relief is hard work and I am fully engaged in this process with all my clients.
