Why Walking Out Can Be The Best Decision You Ever Make
Be the change you want to see in life.
By Ashlyn Thomson
Life is hard, we all know this, but some things tend to be harder for different people. Some things you love doing, so you will do them for the rest of your life.
Then you have the things you don’t like doing and, after a while, it starts to make you sad and depressed. Don’t worry, we have all been there.
Everyone understands how hard doing these things make life turn out to be, and I am here to tell you why it doesn’t have to be so hard.
There’s this really fascinating word called "stop." Stop doing it. There are always other options.
Life doesn't have to be painful.
Life doesn’t have to suck.
Take that horrible experience and learn from it. Learn what you like and don’t like. Learn how to grow and move on.
Learn your next move from the ones you’ve made behind you.
Lately, I’ve been very unhappy with life. Unhappy with the way certain things have turned out for me. Unhappy with broken promises.
I am sick of waiting, sick of the lies, and sick of relying on those who can not fulfill what they say they are going to do.
I realized I don’t need to have that in my life. And if I don’t need it in my life, then why should anyone else?
I know you are thinking about the reasons why you deal with the negatives, and I know you are repeating it in your head while reading this, so let me get straight to the point.
Stop thinking about the money. Yes, we need money to survive but there’s always money to make, there is always a place to work.
If you’re very unhappy, move and get a new job. Just stop worrying about your next bill when you, yourself, are not happy.
Who knows? Maybe the world will end and you’ll be stuck at a place you hate because you need to afford that phone bill.
Stop worrying and live life to the desired way you want it to be.
Stop. Don’t even think about that next word.
Failure is only an excuse to get better. It is a sense of growth and a sense of desire.
If you decide you don’t want to be in the state you are in now, then don’t be in it. You tried and if you end up not liking it, then so be it.
Why should you suffer through something you hate, when you can make a positive difference in your own life?
If it is walking out of that job, then do it. If it is moving away, just do it. If it is finding a new hobby, then do it. If it is traveling, do it.
Enough with the thought of failure. Enough with the sense of quitting. It is enough, just stop.
You have to do what makes you happy. Stop thinking about everyone else and start focusing on yourself.
Stop thinking about everyone else and take the time to really think about you. Think about what makes you happy.
Be the change you want to see in life. Things only get better from there.
