Drinking THIS Decreases Impotency

Most days, you've both been working so hard that you can barely think straight let alone muster up the energy to have much needed sex. You finally score some alone time with your man, only to realize that it just isn't happening.

Not even the excitement of being in the heat of the moment can help him get his penis up. While erectile dysfunction (ED) is common, that doesn't make any more fun for men to deal with.

But according to this study by The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, Starbucks is about to be your best friend.

Research recently revealed that caffeine drastically decreases your chance of impotency.

The study mentions that "men who consumed between 85 and 170 milligrams of caffeine a day were 42 percent less likely to report erectile dysfunction, while those who drank between 171 and 303 milligrams of caffeine a day were 39 percent less likely to report ED compared to those who drank zero to seven milligrams a day."

Who knew that simply drinking coffee improves your sex life? We already knew that coffee is the food of the gods but this makes your daily trip to your office Keurig sound even more promising.

Although this also applies to men who were overweight, it isn't applicable to those who suffer from diabetes, as one of its side effects is erectile dysfunction.

The study goes on to say that "the suggested biological mechanism is that caffeine triggers a series of pharmacological effects that lead to the relaxation of the penile helicine arteries and the cavernous smooth muscle that lines cavernosal spaces, thus increasing penile blood flow."
