In this video, psychotherapist and YourTango Expert Dr. Hillary Goldsher explains that while you may feel the urge to track your partner's emails, phone calls and text messages, the deception isn't healthy for your relationship. “If you’re gonna stay together, it’s gonna be done through a history of new trust and new experiences,” says Dr. Goldsher, and secretly tracking her will not help. Instead, she suggests that you openly discuss your fears with your partner.
