Will Maria Shriver Call Off Her Divorce From Arnold?
After spending Christmas together, Maria may be reconsidering divorcing her cheating husband.

If anyone has a reason to get divorced, it's Maria Shriver. Back in May 2011, it was publicly revealed that her husband, action star and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, had been involved in one of the worst celebrity cheating scandals we had ever heard of: The 64-year-old had carried on a long-term affair with the couple's housekeeper Mildred Baena that resulted in a child, all while keeping it a secret during his 25-year marriage to Maria. 10 Worst Celebrity Breakups & Divorces Of 2011

Still, despite the deep betrayal and public humiliation that followed, TMZ is now reporting that Maria may be reconsidering her divorce from Arnold.

Reportedly, the 56-year-old mother of four feels "torn" about leaving Arnold, whom she filed for divorce from in July 2011, partly because of her religious views (Maria is a devoted Catholic) and also because her estranged husband has been begging her to get back together. Supposedly, Arnold has been trying to get out of the dog house and earn her forgiveness by making "extremely sweet" gestures and throwing a lot of "I'm sorry" presents Maria's way. No doubt keeping her family together must also be weighing on Maria's mind. The couple spent Christmas together with their four kids in LA and attended a Lakers basketball game with them over the weekend.

"Children and family come first," said a source to People. "Arnold and Maria will always come together when it comes to supporting and loving their children."

Still, being friendly to your former husband is not the same as being able to forgive and trust him again, so it remains to be seen whether Maria and Arnold will reunite, or whether they will just remain on good terms as exes.
