Just when you thought the Jersey Shore gang and all those fake housewives made you finally forget all about The Gosselins, Jonny G finds a way to grab headlines again. Hailey Glassman is not about to let her 15 minutes run out without a fight; she's back in the news, dragging ex-boyfriend Jon Gosselin's already soiled name through the mud.
This time around, Hailey is telling RadarOnline that Jon threatened to call Child Protective Services on his ex-wife Kate Gosselin, unless she gave him money. Hailey is backing up her statements with several pages of handwritten notes allegedly belonging to Jon, which are essentially "talking points" for his frequent phone conversations with Kate. In the notes, Jon occasionally refers to himself in third person (as any good douche would) and jots down important points like, "I'm not your child," "I earned it, I need it," and "Kids: All Bdays present."
Hailey claims that, when Jon and Kate's daughter Maddy hurt her arm, Jon used his child's injury as a way to extort money from Kate, threatening to report Kate to CPS unless she did he wanted. He also reportedly squeezed money out of Kate several other times by threatening to announce to the media that she was a terrible mother. Hailey explains that Jon often made the calls via speaker phone while Hailey was present, unbeknownst to Kate. She explains how these conversations went down:
We were in bed and Jon called Kate on speaker phone. He wrote down what he wanted to say to her and then he read from his notes. He told her, 'You either give me money, or I'm going to call CPS'...There were so many times I witnessed it...He'd say, 'I'm going to go public with the way you treat the kids, I'm going to call CPS and the news and tell them everything unless you give me what I want.'
Jon would do sneaky things like that and then play the victim card. That's what he always did. It was all an act. The man has no boundaries for doing what he needs to do to get what he wants...Kate would get upset and scream at Jon but she'd always give in, because he'd tell her, 'I'm going to go to the news and tell the world how you treated Maddy.' I would say to him, 'How can you do this to people?'
I just remember thinking at the time that if he could do this to the mother of his kids, what would he do to me? [Source: RadarOnline]
