Odd Couple Alert: Janet Jackson & Colin Farrell

What's more shocking than seeing Paula Deen take a ham to the face? Nothing, actually, but a rumored romance between nasty Janet Jackson and womanizer Colin Farrell comes close. Per a scoop from Entertainment Tonight:

An unlikely celebrity couple may be emerging! ET's special source spotted Janet Jackson warming up to actor and ladies' man Colin Farrell. The two were seen last week sitting side by side in a booth at the renowned Polo Lounge located in the Beverly Hills Hotel. Jackson performed a medley of her hits on Sunday night's "2009 American Music Awards." Meanwhile, Farrell has several movies in the works. Source: Entertainment Tonight

That they were sitting side by side does suggest a level of intimacy that goes beyond friendship. However, it's hard to believe that either one of them are ready to begin new relationships.
