Remember when 44-year-old Ryan Phillippe was dating a model barely out of her teens? Well that model is 23-year-old Elsie Hewitt and now she's suing him. She alleges that Phillippe kicked her, punched her and threw her down a flight of stairs. In the suit, she said that the Cruel Intentions star "grabbed her upper arm so tightly that his grip left heavy bruises on her arm hours later. He then braced his body and threw her down the staircase as hard as he could. Back in September 2017, Hewitt filed a $1 million lawsuit against Phillippe for assault, battery and the intentional infliction of emotional distress. Of course, Phillippe denies all of the allegations against him and has told his side of the story, which we will get to shortly. Who is Elsie Hewitt?

She shared the snap of her centerfold on her Instagram. She held the naked photo of herself while wearing a lacy bra and panties.

4. She can eat

Hewitt may be a model, but girlfriend can eat! The only thing that appears on her Instagram almost as much as scantily-clad photos of herself is food pictures. She told Playboy: “My favorite thing is going to restaurants to eat. Italian food is probably my favorite, especially pasta. I also love a really good steak. I like filet mignon with béarnaise sauce. And I have a huge sweet tooth. I love desserts. I love food."

6. Ryan's side of things

Phillippe claims that Hewit is trying to extort him. He insists he did not assault her, he "attempted to pick her up like a baby." Phillippe was deposed by Hewitt's lawyers in relation to her suit against him. He said: “You know, this was an impasse. Nothing was changing. And she was refusing to leave until she got into the bedroom. And at one point, I thought that I was going to try to remove her from the premises and set her outside and close the door. Because I didn’t know what else to do. And at that point, it hadn’t occurred to me to call the cops. I’m a famous person. I didn’t want to bring that kind of attention to me and my house. And so I attempted to pick her up like a baby. Carrying. Like a child. With one arm under the back and one arm under the legs. And she was flailing. And I made it one step, and I fell back on my bottom, holding her. And that was it.”
