About Michael Ellner

People who feel better - Heal Faster and Are Generally More Effective in Their lives!

My passion is helping clients take charge of their lives and health and helping developing hypnosis practitioners become more effective and mainstream their practices.

My distinctive approach to using trance and suggestion has earned countless honors as a healer, educator and humanitarian. My clients and I have tested the limits of mind-body healing for over 25 years. Among my many accomplishments: I have served on the U.S. National Institutes of Health Complimentary Therapies Working Group (1988-1994), I have been a Faculty Member for a Major Collaborative Medical Conference (PAINWEEK 2007-2012), have lectured on Mind-Body healing around the world, and was a presenter on Mind-Body healing at a major AIDS forum sponsored by the National Institutes of Health. In 1998, the European Commission (Project report on treating AIDS) recommended that the European Union hire me as University level instructor of mind body healing to help people with AIDS.In addition to my private medical hypnosis/mindfulness training practice, I currently teach CME courses in Stress Management, Effective Communication, Rapport Building and Mind-Body Pain Relief for PAINWEEK, a major medical conference for front line pain clinicians in the US. I have been published in a peer-reviewed journal and I am often quoted in Medical and Hospital trade publications as well as health related websites like, "Forbes Women", and national women's magazines like, "Good Housekeeping", and, "Woman's World".

I offer guided self help books and programs, private one-on-one sessions/group sessions/corporate trainings/seminars and workshops in mindful living, medical hypnosis and mind-body pain relief.

If I can be of further assistance to you please do not hesitate to ask.
