About Valerie Lis

International speaker and trainer, and certified expert EFT practitioner, Valerie Lis, MA, conducts seminars and workshops on integrative health topics. In addition to teaching corporate, business, and health professionals, she is also a frequent radio and TV guest. Involved with numerous Integrative Therapies, including Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping), Valerie has guided thousands of clients through positive transformation.
Her primary tool, EFT, is an exciting new method to promote personal health and vitality, eliminate emotional stress, reduce chronic pain, remove food and chemical sensitivities, successfully control weight, and improve sports performance. Based on a substantial body of research, EFT meets criteria for “evidence-based practice”on phobia, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and generalized anxiety.
A certified expert practitioner and trainer for EFTUniverse since 2011, Valerie also conducted founder Gary Craig-approved Levels 1, 2, and 3 workshops from 2006-2011. She has contributed chapters to numerous books, including The Clinical EFT Handbook and is the author of the upcoming Simple EFT: Hints and Tips for Better Results. She is the founder of Simple EFT™, including a series of tapping principles to produce faster, deeper sessions that can be blended with other styles of EFT.
Valerie says that she is living her passion--- communicating her expertise and helping students, businesses, and individuals to manifest positive change. Most of her clients resolve their primary issues within three sessions. Specific concerns such as fear, grief, and cravings are often completed in a single session. In every session and workshop, she shares numerous tips on how to make this self-tool more effective.
