I’m back with part 3 on my series on stress and resilience.  In the first post on this series I covered  I gave you 7 tips to work with your body and in part two, I  shared 7 tips to work with your mind to be resilient.

In this post, I’m concluding this series on how to hand stress and be resilient with a short video where I share simple 3 tips. 

Some of you were born resilient while others of you have to learn how to handle stress and be resilient.

Let's talk about resilience and how you can become more resilient.

I personally love the word resilience.

The meaning of this word is being hardy, being strong and functional…

Even when life throws you a curve ball.

I want to help you learn how to keep going and handle stress in a way that is functional so I put together this short video to help you become more resilient.
