About Tasha Browning
Dr. Tasha Browning is a licensed mental health counselor specializing in holistic integrative counseling perspectives to treat individuals mind, body and spirit. Dr. Tasha also currently holds certifications as a Yoga teacher RYT 200, Certified Brain Injury Specialist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Employee Assistance Professional, Substance Abuse Professional for DOT and Substance Abuse Expert for NRC. Dr. Tasha received her Doctorate Degree in Counseling Studies from Capella University, Master’s degree in Counseling with a focus in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University and Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from The University of South Florida.
Dr. Tasha believes in treating the entire person and not just pieces and parts of an individual, it is only then that wholeness and balance can be restored after trauma. Diving deep into the spirit of human resilience can create profound changes in the core of who we are. Trauma work is what facilitates this dive and brings individuals back to knowing the true potential of who they are and what they can become. Through diverse perspectives, integrative modalities and person centered approaches it is Dr. Tasha’s hope that individuals will regain their life and find purposeful meaning.
