I am Relationship Specialist, a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, a Certified Trauma Specialist, and a Certified Discernment Counselor. My life’s mission is to save families from breaking up. To revive broken marriages back to health and to help create lasting love and connection.
With Prenuptial Counseling I help couples prevent future problems by learning how to connect and communicate with each other in an effective and loving way. With Couple’s Counseling, I help individuals and couples recover from and prevent issues like loss of love and connection, infidelity, separation, divorce.
With Discernment Counseling I use a new and unique (max 5 session protocol) to save marriages when all else has failed. It allows people to make sure they are not making one of the biggest decision of their lives based on egos and high emotions. This way they can be sure to correctly decide the direction of their relationship that is best for themselves and their families.
I am passionate about changing the way therapy is practiced and I am able to take my clients into deeper healing that goes beyond simple behavioral changes.
I have coined a 'Deep Healing Protocol' based on evidence-based practices that are able to move people from severe relationship trauma to deep sustainable healing and empowerment in a relatively short amount of time.
I have a Psychotherapy Practice “Counseling with A Difference” with locations in Mountain Lakes, Montville, Morristown, and Paramus. I also practice virtual counseling and coaching. I provide coaching to people that are out of state and all over the world.
I live in Montville, NJ with my family. I love to read, travel, do yoga and hang out with my friends and family.
