Khanna has been passionate about wellness and alternative healing since her work stress drove her to adrenal fatigue in 2013. She sought treatment from doctors all the way from New York to India, but she found no cure. Having exhausted all conventional options, she turned to holistic medicine and alternative healers, who eventually put her fully back on her feet. She is now an advocate of these treatments, and she makes them available to the wider public through her platform, Begin to Heal. Her vision for Begin to Heal is to connect as many people as possible with these treatments in order to improve human wellness globally.

Pooja loves nature, the outdoors, hiking, meditating, dancing, and traveling.  She has been to almost 50 countries and speaks 5 languages. She supports education for underprivileged girls in India for 12 years and continues to organize fundraisers around this cause.
