About Lisa Ciccomascolo

Hello! Thank you for visiting! Before you engage in coaching services, it’s important for you to know about your coach! I am a certified, professional, personal and executive coach. The one thing that we know for certain is that change is constant. I help facilitate growth, positive change and improved performance. I use Evidence Based Coaching techniques and models to precipitate change. Evidence Based Coaching utilizes psychology, communication, and organizational studies, along with current coaching standards, techniques, and strategies.

My career spans over 25 years, working in a diverse range of industries, serving as both a specialist and in management positions.

My education includes a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a graduate level certification in Evidence Based Personal and Executive Coaching. I am currently pursuing my PhD in Organizational Development and Change. My doctoral program concentrates on coaching. I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a member of the American Psychology Association. I also have a certificate in Mediation and Conflict Resolution. I am also certified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment. Recently, I was honored and hand selected by Forbes® to be a member of their Coaches Council (Forbes Coaches Council is an invitation-only community for leading business and career coaches). As a coach, I am committed to continued learning and staying on top of new coaching methods, assessments and practices in order to best serve my clients.

What services do you offer and what makes you stand out from other coaches?

As a professional coach, I work with a wide range of clients and offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. In a completely supportive, non-judgmental, and highly confidential atmosphere, I help clients attain the personal growth and transformation that allows them to thrive. My expertise is in personal and executive coaching. I offer my clients additional support by providing them with a private email address and my private cell phone number (to call or text). For my clients’ convenience, I also provide night and weekend appointments. Sessions are conducted by phone, internet or in person. Additionally, in honor of my Mother, 10% of my fees are donated to the Alzheimer's Association.

Why did you become a coach?

My inspiration was to provide help to people so they can lead happier and more productive lives. As a certified professional coach, I partner with my clients in helping them to be inspired and motivated to achieve their personal and professional best. We design a plan, create realistic goals, and work together in order to achieve their desired outcome. I am 150% committed to my clients’ success.

What do you love most about coaching?

My clients! It is my passion and joy to help my clients flourish. I love the pivotal moment they experience when they truly realize their potential. I feel honored when sharing their "aha" moment and I encourage each of my clients to begin the journey to authentic self discovery. I truly enjoy being able to help my clients improve their outlook on work, relationships, and life.
