Kristen Rockenbach created Tuckahoe LLC to help businesses and individuals bring heart and soul back into the board room and around the dinner table, empowering leaders to leave a legacy of joy and equality.
As a consultant for Fortune 100 companies, small business, and government organizations for more than a decade, Kristen envisioned a different way of running businesses and governments that is sustainable as well as profitable. Kristen believes corporations are living entities, breathing with the heart-beat of each owner, manager and employee. By connecting both passions and profits, Kristen is able to help sustain the heart-beat, in rhythm with the breath of prosperity and love.
To help corporations and individuals realize their ability to thrive as a living entity, Kristen weaves together tools from both Western and Eastern influences, including The Passion Test, and various energy techniques such as Reiki.
In addition to her work experience, She is a graduate of Erickson International Art and Science of Coaching program and a member of the International Coach Federation and holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and BS in Physics. She holds PMP (Project Management Professional) and RMCP (Resource Management Certified Professional) certifications, and is a Certified Passion Test and Passion Test for Business facilitator. She is also a Usui Reiki Master, Ama~Deus practitioner, and Magdalene Priestess.
