Don't Let Food Control You This Holiday Season

Family, Self

With one holiday under our belt, may I remind you that we have a couple more to go - Christmas and New Years! Ugh. If I had a dollar for everyone who told me this past week that they’ll “start their diets after the holidays,” I’d be a rich woman! The truth is you hear this statement all the time. Maybe you've even found yourself saying this lately. 3 Easy Ways to Keep You On Track to a Healthy Diet

There is something about the holiday season that makes us think it's acceptable to throw everything we know about eating properly out the window. Food suddenly becomes a glorious gift wrapped in rich, sweet and delicious temptations that we love to open, enjoy and divulge in. The minute you deprive yourself of some kind of food is the minute that you are more likely to partake in more food. Your two minutes of pleasurable eating is almost always followed by hours of guilt.

It’s time to break the chain of bondage that the word “diet” holds over you. Taking advantage of this unique "Train Your Brain" 6 week E-course that will show you how to do just that!
