About Kim Kali Schultes

I am passionate about a lot of things in life; primary among them is helping people live more authentic and wholehearted lives.    It is my deepest longing to be my authentic self in every aspect of my life journey and in every relationship.   It has been through a variety of difficult life challenges that I have come full circle and understand how important it is to own our story.

I am grateful to engage with others in the life changing and healing work of therapy.  It is in healing our wounds, and breaking old patterns that we learn to embrace who we are.   I believe every single person has the capacity to heal and it would be my honor to work with you to unlock your natural strength and resilience.  Together, we can find your way home to yourself.

I am trained as a relational life therapist with my focus on relationships, trauma recovery, codependency, life transitions, family of origin issues, love addiction, mindfulness and shame resiliency.

In my work with couples, they are often facing tough relational issues and are open to learning strategies to interact with their partners in new ways that promote connection.  Learning the pattern of the relational dance is key to understanding how to change the dynamic of disconnect.

As a trained Brene’ Brown Daring Way Facilitator, I can help you let go of the hustle for worthiness, perfectionism, and self-doubt and move you toward thriving in your courageous zone.  The Daring Way is a highly experiential methodology based on years of research by Dr. Brene’ Brown.  This approach gives language to the universal, and often unspeakable experience of shame with tools for moving through these stuck places.

Additionally, I offer a variety of groups and topics for individuals, couples, professionals and organizational leadership teams to facilitate growth, insight and change

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and weaves together family systems; trauma and attachment, psychodynamic combined with strengths based approach and utilizing cognitive behavioral framework.  The focus is on enhancing coping skills, building insight and intuition and placing a strong emphasis on mind-body-spirit integration for achieving one’s personal empowerment goals.
