Welcome to my profile. I am a New York licensed psychologist and a Nationally Board Certified Clinical Psychologist (ABPP) by the American Board of Clinical Psychology.
I strongly believe that the “love of self” directs each of us to connect with others and propels us to find a sense of meaning and direction in our lives! I can help you become at ease with difficult and conflicting feelings and to express them appropriately so that you can be heard, respected and connect with others in return. The skills of clarity, healthy self observation and curiosity along with the insights you will develop with me will serve as life time tools for you even after therapy is completed. These skills lead you back to self love, self respect and self-worth, the essential catalysts for the flourishing of your life.

I combine evidenced based methods from modern Western psychological science along with spirituality and the wisdom of ancient healing arts to allow for healing to unfold. I feel it is a gift that psychology, spirituality and the ancient healing arts can work together to facilitate deep healing for each other and for the world.
