About Ann Betz & Ursula Pottinga

Ann Betz, CPCC, PCC is an international speaker and trainer on the intersection of neuroscience, coaching and human transformation. Ann served as the neuroscience consultant to The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) as well as the Chair of the Task Force on Neuroscience and Coaching. She contributes to Choice Magazine, Coaching at Work, the International Coach Federation’s and CTI’s blogs, and other coaching and HR publications. She is has co-authored a book about consciousness and the future with CTI’s CEO Karen Kimsey-House. She has also published a ground breaking book "Your Brain On Coaching" on the neuroscience of the ICF competencies. 

Ursula Pottinga, CPCC, PCC is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through The Coaches Training Institute. With 25 years of experience in professional development, Ursula has worked with managers, supervisors and executives in the US, Canada and Europe to improve performance. Ursula is the co-author of The Guide to Getting It: Remarkable Management Skills, Create a New Normal and Universal Intentions.

Ann and Ursula co-founded BEabove Leadership in 2003. Since then, they have trained and coached individuals and groups all over the world on the connection between neuroscience and consciousness to drive interpersonal and organizational transformation. They developed and co-lead the popular training program for advanced coaches, Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, as well as programs on relationships and human development programs for HR Professionals, Teachers and anyone who works with human beings.

Both are master coaches and experienced facilitators with a passion for human transformation and neuroscience, known for their ability to translate difficult concepts into experiential processes that make learning engaging, relevant and fun. They host a monthly Blogtalk radio show on Neuroscience and Consciousness.
