Her book “Empower Yourself by Loving Your Body - Reclaiming Yourself as Sacred” offers practical tools to emotionally empower you.
Anna-Thea's online courses teach you about self-love and emotional empowerment. She's been leading private workshops for over 15 years and has brought her teachings across the United States and to Costa Rica, Mexico and the Cayman Islands.
