About Angie Gunn

Hey there! I'm Angie, a licensed clinical social worker, licensed in Oregon and specializing in sexuality, relationships, and trauma. My clients are individuals and couples looking for healing, pleasure,  and connecting within themselves and their relationships. I specialize in kink/BDSM, non-monogamy, and LGBTQIPA+ related needs, providing a sex positive and collaborative approach. I've worked as a clinical social worker in a variety of settings including child welfare, domestic violence, foster care, abuse and neglect, family, couples, and community treatment. Throughout my education and professional training, I've developed an eclectic approach to therapy with an emphasis on empowering you to finding your inherent strengths and healing. Modalities used include systems theory, EFT, gottman couples work, EMDR, Somatic based interventions, sensory integration and regulation work, narrative, TF-CBT, EFT, gottman, meditation and grounding, attachment oriented approaches and couples interventions.

In addition to therapy, I am the board chair of the non-profit SPEEC, serving the local sexuality communities through education, resources and ongoing support. I teach workshops on a variety of sexuality, relationship and mental health related topics including sexual trauma, ethical non-monogamy, kink/BDSM, consent and STI/ safer sex.

I've also been quoted and printed in a number of publications focused on current sexuality topics.
