Throughout my amazingly exciting career, I have touched many lives and organizations with my uncanny ability to identify and isolate areas of issue that have complicated growth and success. With 22 years of clinical experience and my sound technical background, I bring a sense of urgency and clarity through the Solution Focused approach by systematically dissecting complex matters and addressing solutions, not problems.
I am a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, a Qualified Parenting Coordinator and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. 
I am currently a contributor to South Florida Parenting Magazine, a past co-host on an internet talk show called 3 Loud Women, an adjunct Professor at FAU and a past board member for NAWBO the National Association of Women Business Owners.  I am currently in private practice in Hollywood Florida and my practice offers counseling, coaching, family mediation and parenting coordination.

I have honed my vast skills in various complex arenas including clinical substance abuse, families and children, government, not-for-profit, law enforcement, academia, the family judicial system, and corporate training and education. I have been recognized for my work through the collaborations of the public & private sectors to benefit children. Truly an accomplished professional, I seek to share my focus and effort with those in search of even greater success and higher achievements.
I have been a contributor to the Sun Sentinel, Miami Herald, Star Magazine and NBC Channel 6. I have been honored as one of Broward County’s 100 Most Outstanding Women and was nominated as the City of Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Business Woman of the Year. Over the years, I have spoken to dozens of groups on women’s issues, divorce issues, and parenting issues.
My strength lies in developing relationships with an eye to reaching a goal. The unique element that I bring to my work is a total focus on you and your success. I am driven in my efforts to help you reach your absolute maximum potential.
