Love Lessons From Steve Jobs: How To Live Before You Die

6. What can YOU do to make a difference on this planet?

7. Are you living up to your highest potential?

I love the intention of being the change you want to see in the world — being an example to others to follow your heart and live your dreams. It all starts with how we think and what we believe. The following quote by Steve Jobs is also quite inspiring to me.

"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition — they somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."

So how do we live up to our highest potential? How do we even know what our potential is unless we push ourselves to find out what we are truly capable of? When we explore outside our comfort zone and dare to be bold, we are able to evolve into infinite possibilities and experience life beyond our wildest imagination. It's never too late to create a bucket list of specific things you want to do before you die, and work toward realizing each and every one of your personal goals. Accomplishing Your Goals and Staying Motivated

Attitude will make or break our success with anything we pursue in life. The resources are available to be, do or have anything we want. It is just a matter of deciding what, and then take the steps necessary to achieve it. Steve Jobs ended his commencement speech with "Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish." — Which I took as stay hungry with curiosity and desire, and dare to take risks — again and again and again.

Death is inevitable, as it is just a matter of how and when it happens to us. It is our responsibility to take care of our bodies as best as we can; to treat it with respect and strive to maintain optimum health and well-being.

One thing that has made a huge difference in my physical condition, as well as my attitude is an all-natural daily supplement that provides sustained energy and a positive disposition. Nature offers so many wonderful gifts, especially with herbs that holistically enhance vitality. Since I've started taking Add Lib (over a year ago), I look and feel much younger — with more energy and passion for love and life.

It is easier for me now to stop procrastinating, as I actually have the motivation do the things that I love to do; to be the woman I've always intended to be, and to continue to pursue my greatest dreams while following my heart with each step I take.
